The SDF Endeavour Air rower provides efficient and safe exercise for those who want to improve their endurance and fitness levels. The rowing movement involves all the main muscle groups so that energy is consumed and calories burned.

The simple but extremely effective air resistance design means that the harder you try to row the more difficult it gets. There is no adjustment required as the rower does it for you as the intensity of your workout varies. With a folding option and clear computer display this rower will improve muscle tone and help weight loss.


Air Resistance

The SDF Endeavour has a Centrally Mounted Fan-Wheel which offers Air Resistance with a Sealed 20-Roller Freewheel Bearing for smooth action.

The level of resistance is controlled by the user, the harder they row, the more intense the resistance.
